Hannah is a chartered chemical engineer and manufacturing leader passionate about driving change, fostering diversity, and championing STEMM education. She combines technical expertise with people-centric leadership to unlock potential and inspire forward-thinking decisions for a more sustainable future.
A member of Engineers Australia’s Chemical College Board, Hannah is an alumnus of Chemistry Australia’s Emerging Leaders Advisory Council and Homeward Bound, and Global Leadership Initiative. She was recognised as Chemistry Australia’s Young Leader of 2023.
Robyn Reimers │Refinery Operator, Viva Energy
Robyn has built an impressive career spanning over four decades in manufacturing and industrial sectors, with 32 years dedicated to the oil and gas industry. Her journey began in 1981 as part of the commissioning team during the construction of the Australian National Animal Health Laboratory (ANAHL).
Throughout her career, Robyn has held various roles in operations and instrument/electrical trades across multiple industrial sites. She has a long-standing connection with the Geelong Refinery, having first worked there in 1985 and returning between 2003 and 2010. Since joining Viva Energy nearly four years ago, she continues to bring her deep industry expertise to the team.
Beyond her corporate career, Robyn also spent seven years running a small business, further broadening her professional experience. Her wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience, and commitment to operational excellence make her a valuable voice in the industry.
